Delivery Methods
We arrange the most suitable delivery method based on your order contents and region, including:
- Local courier delivery
- SF Express
- Designated handover arrangements
- Store / warehouse self-pickup (where applicable)
The actual delivery method will be confirmed between our customer service team and the customer.
Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances:
- In-stock products: shipped within approximately 1–3 working days
- Pre-order products: arranged according to product arrival time
- Custom-made products: require additional processing time
Actual delivery times may be adjusted due to logistics arrangements, holidays or weather conditions.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer:
- Delivery within Hong Kong
- Delivery to selected overseas areas (enquiry required)
For overseas shipping, please contact us first to confirm the shipping fee and arrangements.
Shipping Fees
- Single orders of HK$500 or above enjoy free shipping
- Remote areas or large items may incur additional charges
- The actual shipping fee will be advised when your order is confirmed
